After many nips and tucks, Dr. Paul Nassif, celebrity plastic surgeon and co-host of E! Network’s Botched, is listing his Bel-Air home for $30 million.
The plastic surgeon enlisted Bowery Design Group and interior designer Faye Resnick to create the ultimate entertainer’s home. The 1.3-acre property is situated on a private, tree-lined hillside in tony Bel-Air, one of L.A.’s most coveted neighborhoods. It’s accessed via private gates, where you continue through to the motor court. The motor court features Jerusalem stone cladding, water features, and glass walls.
“It’s an extraordinary design, architecturally speaking,” says Mauricio Umansky, The Agency founder and listing agent for the home. “This home incorporates our new way of living without that old white box that a lot of developers have done in the past.”
Inside, it gets even better. The 12,130-square-foot home has seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms over three stories. No detail was spared when constructing the home, from the many marble features to custom wood shelving and paneling, or the near-invisible floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows. Throughout the home there are oak wood floors and Italian Matte Travertine bathroom floors and walls. Though modern in style, the home has a warm, inviting, and comfortable design that encourages you to indulge in its many living areas.
For large families and those who love to entertain, there are two pools on two different levels, one being an infinity-edge pool with a Baja shelf and a Jacuzzi that cascades to the second 73-foot pool on the level just below. There are also many spacious decks and terraces, dining patios, many water features, an indoor atrium, and a significant custom bar. There are also dual gourmet kitchens with custom finishes.
The lower level features many of the entertaining amenities, including a 12-seat movie theater, an impressive temperature-controlled wine room, office, an indoor-outdoor gym, steam room, and sauna. There’s also two garages with parking for up to five cars.
The views will also certainly draw those seeking a private living experience. From your hillside perch, views extend to the canyons, city, and ocean and capture both the sunrise and sunset.
“The house has a phenomenal floor plan with some really cool features,” Umansky says. “For example, the owner’s library/office has back stairs that go down to the gym and spa, so you can sneak off from working, go down and have a workout, and come back up for a Zoom call. The lower level holds a gym, a wine room, a home theater, a second garage, and a big open room with a bar that’s amazing for entertaining.”
The home was first listed last year while still under construction, and now the home is move-in ready after two-and-a-half years of planning and construction. Umansky and Dr. Nassif became friends after appearing on the first three seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, when Umansky’s wife, Kyle Richards, and Dr. Nassif’s ex-wife, Adrienne Maloof, were cast members.
The home is co-listed by Umansky and Tomer Fridman of Compass.
