On-site, ULUM’s Adventure Concierge will be on-hand to connect guests with local outfitters for activities ranging from white water rafting, rock-climbing, guided national park tours and local hikes.

Every morning, guests will awaken to the smell of burning white copal, a natural resin used in Mayan ceremonies coming from the camps communal area where a daily ritual of greeting the morning sun.

A full breakfast and dinner menu will be served al-fresco and include a seasonally inspired menu that incorporates flavors and ingredients found throughout the American southwest. Craft cocktails that incorporate sage, juniper and prickly pear will also be available, and an onsite cafe will offer a variety of hot and cold espresso beverages, fresh juices, smoothies and grab and go lunch.

“Our tenure and reputation as leaders in the outdoor resort space — with more than a decade of experience providing exceptional hospitality in remote environments — paired with heightened demand to explore amazing destinations like Moab made it the perfect time for us to introduce a new concept that will inspire both existing and new guests alike,” Gaghen said.

ULUM will open in March 2023 with rates starting at $549 per night.
