This Dreamy Spanish Resort Has Sleep Coaches To Help You Catch Your ZZZs
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us use time off to catch up on much-needed rest. If spending your vacation in the land of nod sounds like a dream come true, then Puente Romano in Marbella has you covered.
A perfect night’s sleep
With studies reporting that 30% of people worldwide suffer from sleep disorders, Puente Romano Beach Resort has teamed up with Spanish sleep specialists HOGO—inviting guests to experience a perfect night’s sleep.
HOGO has developed a state-of-the-art resting system designed to protect against electromagnetic pollution and improve health. The Spanish company’s philosophy is founded on the premise that sleeping is one of the easiest ways to look after ourselves. Backed by more than 30 years of scientific research and clinical studies, HOGO has created a system intended to allow the body to regenerate naturally during sleep. This is believed to lead to reduced biological age, lower basal levels of cortisol—the stress hormone—increased production of melatonin and improved blood circulation.
There is a reason why Marbella is sometimes referred to as the “Miami of Spain”.
The “Miami of Spain”
Located just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport, the Puente Romano Beach Resort is idyllically situated on the beachfront of the Costa del Sol’s “Golden Mile” between Marbella and Puerto Banús.
Dubbed the “Miami of Spain”, this sun-drenched stretch of the Spanish Mediterranean coastline has long been favored by the European and global jet set. Some come to party, while others take the opportunity to unwind at one of the ultra-exclusive resorts that line the waterfront.
