You Can Rent This Entire Italian Village For $1500 Per Night

Castle, baroque theater and 98-guest rooms included in this “Rent A Village” option

If you’ve been dreaming of planning that big group trip to Italy in 2023 then this could be your ticket.

Set in the Le Marche region three hours northeast of Rome, the medieval village of Petritoli is now available to rent for up to 200-guests for the bargain price of £1,303 or roughly $1500 per night according to vacation rental company Group Accommodation.

Specializing in large group accommodations around the world, the company will make all of the arrangements for this one of a kind reservation that includes a total of 98 bedrooms in the castle and scattered throughout the village.

According to the listing, Petritoli can be booked nightly (midweek) or for three or seven night stays and requires a 50-person minimum. A professional catering team will also be available to guests to provide breakfast, lunch and banquet catering upon request.

Dating as far back as the year 1000, guests who stay in the mostly car-free village have access to the 37-room castle along with multiple pool and gardens, a Baroque theater, and Roman-era cellars.

Other than the rooms available in the castle, guests are invited to stay in a variety of historic homes and “boutique lodgings” around the village. Surrounded by rolling hillside vineyards and wineries, Petritoli is less than a 20-minute ride to the Adriatic sea.
